1. How Do Cancellations Work?
Free cancellation up to 1 day prior to trip: You can cancel or modify your booking up to 1 day before the trip date, free of charge. If you cancel or modify later, or fail to show up, you'll forfeit 100% of the charter price.
2. What Happens If There Is Bad Weather?
We all know how beach weather is, that is… very unpredictable.
If there is bad weather such as rain, thunder and/or lightning, your captain will give you a call and will either give you the option to move your charter to a different date or give you a 100% refund if the date is unable to be changed.
3. Are Kids Welcome?
Yes! Kids are always welcome on our charters. Please let us know how many are coming and what age groups so that we can make sure to provide all proper safety equipment for them. We are happy to offer 2-hour Kids Fishing Charters dedicated to nonstop action for them.
4. Where are Pickups Located?
We have 2 different pickup locations. These locations are located at:
- 5704 57th Pl W Oak Island, NC 28465
- 1000 Songbird Ln SW Supply, NC 28462
- Please let the Captain Know Upon Booking Which Location is Convenient For You.
5. Can We Keep The Fish We Catch?
Yes, as long as the fish are within regulations. Along with keeping fish, cleaning, filleting and bagging of fish is included in the trip price at the end of the charter before you head home.
6. Can We Catch and Release Fish?
Yes, if you would rather catch and release fish, we are happy to do so!
7. What Are Our Payment Options?
When booking, a $50 deposit is required. Upon completion of your charter, the remaining balance will be collected.
You always have the option of paying in full for your charter ahead of time.
8. Do I Tip The Captain?
Tips are always appreciated. A 20% tip is generally considered a standard gesture for a rewarding and enjoyable fishing charter experience. Thank you for supporting our crew!
9. What Do I Need To Bring?
Cooler, Drinks, Snacks, Towels and Lotion Sunscreen.
10. What Can’t I Bring?
Spray Sunscreen, Glass Bottles of Any Sort, and Bananas.
11. Is Alcohol Allowed?
Yes, we do allow alcoholic beverages. Please NO GLASS bottles.
We believe in a good time out on the water, and you're welcome to bring your favorite beverages along! However, safety is our top priority. Please enjoy alcohol responsibly and be mindful of your consumption while aboard. Our crew is dedicated to ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, and we ask that you do your part by drinking in moderation.
12. What is Included in Our Trip Price?
Rods, Reels, Tackle, Live Bait, Fishing License, Fishing Permits, Life Jackets, Catch, Cleaning, Filleting and a GOOD TIME!
13. What Time Should We Arrive?
It is always good to show up 10-15 minutes before your departure time.
